I understand that the classes I will be attending with/at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Singapore Pte Ltd, includes physical movements and as the case with any physical activity, including the martial arts, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain and severe discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from my instructor. I assume full responsibility of any and all damages, which may incur through participation. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class (such as but not limited to pregnancy or recovering from surgery). I also understand that Instructors and Owners have the right to terminate my membership or participation at any time.
