This is a fun juxtaposition of Vinyasa, Pilates Concepts & Exercises, Strengthening with weights, medicine balls, kettlebells and bands, and cooling down with restorative poses. Students go at their own pace and are given options for modifications. This class is great for all levels~ beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
