An Intro Class to learn the fundamentals of MMA - combine grappling with striking/kickboxing and learn how to effectively transition between the two styles.
Gain practical skills for both self-defence & overall fitness.
MMA classes are available to those on a full weekly membership only (no casuals or concessions unless invited).
MMA class participants must have some experience in BJJ/grappling and stand up/striking.
Wear comfortable close-fitting sports clothing.
Bring water & gloves.
