Smart Start is a 60-minute small-group orientation designed to help you feel confident and comfortable using The Whole You Wellness Studio.
During this session, a certified coach will guide you through key equipment in the studio, demonstrate proper setup and safety cues, and show you how to structure workouts that support your personal fitness goals. So you leave with a clear understanding of how to move through the space with confidence.
This session is educational, supportive, and designed for all fitness levels. No prior experience is required.

Trap Yoga
This isn’t your traditional yoga class.
Trap Yoga blends slow, intentional movement with a hip-hop and trap music vibe to create a space where you can stretch, release, and reconnect—without taking yourself too seriously.
We focus on mobility, flexibility, and breathwork while moving through beginner-friendly flows set to the music. Expect a mix of grounding poses, light flow, and moments to just vibe out and let go.

Pilates | Sculpt
This class starts with classical Pilates movement focused on control, alignment, and core engagement. From there, we transition into tempo-based sculpt work—moving to the beat to build strength, endurance, and full-body definition.
Expect a combination of slow, intentional movement and rhythmic, high-energy sculpt sequences designed to challenge and tone your entire body.

This is not your average step class.
Xtreme Hip Hop Step combines high-energy cardio with choreographed step routines set to hip-hop and R&B music. You’ll be moving to the beat, building endurance, and burning calories while having fun.
Expect a mix of beginner-friendly patterns and more advanced combinations as you progress. Whether you’re new to step or already love it, you’ll be challenged at your level.
